We are not only going to talk the way you talk to your friends or your doctor. We are going to engage your entire nervous system to neutralize old automatic scripts and build and integrate new genuine experiences. This will allow you to experience an immediate impact on your life.

My interventions are based on science, neurobiology, and established therapeutic theories. When appropriate, I can provide information to help you further understand your struggles and the process of healing.
