Who I am

A therapist who believes that healing happens when you feel truly seen and understood.

Therapy with me isn’t about fitting into a mold or following a checklist—it’s about creating a space where you can show up as you are and leave with a sense of clarity, relief, and hope. My approach is deeply personal, rooted in the belief that you already have the strength and wisdom within you. Together, we uncover it.

Why I Do This Work

Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels different—that they never imagined they could experience this kind of transformation. I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but I also know the power it holds. Seeing my clients break through old patterns, step into their confidence, and reconnect with themselves is what gives me purpose and motivates me to enter each session with inspiration, compassion, and curiosity.

My Approach

In our work together, I draw on several evidence-based approaches, including:

Internal Family Systems (IFS): Compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering, IFS helps you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, heal past wounds, and find new inspiration.

Psychodrama, Gestalt, and Art techniques: These experiential methods foster creativity, immediate insights, and healing.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): For both individuals and couples, EFT enhances emotional awareness and connection.

Transactional Analysis (TA): A practical framework for improving relationships and understanding behavioral patterns.

Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP): Centered on the here-and-now, AEDP helps process emotions, strengthen the therapeutic bond, and heal trauma.

My Journey

My own journey with struggles and healing has profoundly shaped my practice. I’ve faced personal losses, trauma, and challenges. These experiences have reshaped my understanding of life, purpose, and resilience, inspiring me to help others find healing even in the most painful circumstances. I’ve also navigated the challenges of living, studying, and working in multiple countries, including Bulgaria, the United States, and Spain. These experiences have deepened my empathy and understanding of cultural identity, belonging, and change.

My experience as a client in therapy has changed my understanding of myself and the direction of my life. I am passionate about helping other people experience the same transformation. I do this because, as one famous quote says:

"Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared."
